Government Credit Card: Magnificent Publications, Inc. accepts the Government purchase card for payments in any amount for oral or written delivery orders. In addition, bank account information for wire transfer payments will be shown on our invoices.
Delivery Schedule: The time required to schedule meeting coverage depends upon the scope and complexity of the meeting and the skills required of the reporters and technical personnel. Delivery of completed reports also depends upon meeting scope. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs for scheduling on short notice and delivery of fast-turnaround reports, in accordance with all other terms and conditions of our contract.
Discounts: We give a prompt payment discount of 1% on invoices paid within 15 days and a quantity discount of 2% on orders exceeding $250,000.
To Place an Order:
Our typical contract is for a firm fixed price or has a not-to-exceed ceiling.
- Orders under $2,500: You can place an order directly with us using your internal Purchase Order (PO).
- Orders over $2,500: The government requests that you give preference to small business concerns when services are above this threshold. As a small business, we can help you honor this request while procuring the highest quality meeting coverage services. Your agency has its own ordering procedures for obtaining competitive bids, but this site will give you some pertinent information for defining the task and estimating its approximate ceiling price:
